If you have specific questions on a certain product or shipping zone please contact us.&#xA0;</li><li>It&apos;s recommended that you setup a shipping zone in Shopify to limit Smoke Source products to the domestic US.&#xA0;</li></ul></li><li style="font-weight: bold;">How do I update the information on an order?<ul style="font-weight: initial;"><li>If you need to make a change to an order, i.e. a shipping address, you can update that order in Shopify and that will sync to Smoke Source.</li><li>If the order has already been paid that means it has been sent to our supplier for shipping. You will need to contact our team to request an address change for any orders that have already been paid for in Smoke Source.&#xA0;</li></ul></li><li style="font-weight: bold;">What shipping services can I offer for Smoke Source products on my store?<ul style="font-weight: initial;"><li>You can use any shipping services you like! We are working to expand this to all 50 states and territories, but for now it is limited to the domestic US.&#xA0;Most of our orders will ship USPS unless otherwise requested.&#xA0;Vapes and vape accessories cannot ship air or expedited due to shipping policy restrictions on lithium batteries and other restrictions.&#xA0;We recommend setting up a shipping profile in Shopify that limits where customers can ship our products. See <a href="https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/fulfillment/setup/shipping-profiles/setting-up-shipping-profiles" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this Shopify help article</a> for information on setting up a shipping service.
