Returns and Cancellation PoliciesUpdated 6 months ago

CaliConnected requires photos of both the packaging and all contents of the package for all claims. If a return or replacement is requested, refunds or replacements will not be issued until the return is received and inspected for use.

Broken or Incorrect Items

Any damaged or incorrect products can to be returned to CaliConnected. Please contact [email protected] to start the return process and obtain RMA and shipping information to send to your customer.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from an order, CaliConnected with verify that those items were indeed missing and ship them out once the missing items have been confirmed. Please contact [email protected] to start the missing items inquiry process.

Package delivered but not received

These returns are not managed by CaliConnected and need to be managed directly via your online store. CaliConnected will not provide refunds or replacements for any of these return requests.

Wrong address entered

CaliConnected can attempt to have the package returned to the sender, but the retailer is be responsible for the additional carrier fees. CaliConnected will not be responsible for packages that could not be returned to the sender, and the retailer will have to manage these cases on their own. They can hold the customer accountable if they wish, or simply re-enter an order for them.

Any other returns - i.e. customer changed their mind, too big, etc

These returns are not managed by CaliConnected and need to be managed directly via your online store. CaliConnected will not provide refunds or replacements for any of these return requests.

Cancellations prior to shipping

If an order has not shipped yet it can be cancelled. Please note that the Smoke Source service fee is not refundable.
