Processing Purchase OrdersUpdated a year ago
You've gotten your first order for a SmokeSource product - congratulations! Time to process that order and get it fulfilled for your customer.
Processing orders via Smoke Source is very quick and easy! All you need to do is go to the Orders Tab, select the order you want to process, select a shipping option, and click Pay. Once you click Pay you'll be prompted to select a card, at which point you can confirm payment of the order.
Boom! That's all it takes. At this point the order has been sent to CaliConnected and will be shipped straight to your customer. Tracking and fulfillment statuses will be updated in Smoke Source and in your Shopify store once it has been fulfilled.
It's important to note that orders are not received by CaliConnected until they are paid, and thus will not be fulfilled until they are paid.
Manually Sync Orders
Orders are automatically synced to SmokeSource, but if you want to sync a new order right away you can go to the Orders Tab and click "Sync Orders" in the top right corner of the page. Refresh the page, and the new order(s) should be in the portal.
